This past Spring I sent this mini-quilt to Quilting Arts magazine for their "Go Green" challange. I enjoyed this project. I used paper towels from a camp craft, bail twine, shingles from the barn roof, nuts, bolts and a favorite button from Grandma's collection. It was great fun!
We had a really good fair this year. Below are my nieces and nephews showing at the dairy show and having a good time! The family is happy to report my FIL is home and doing well! What a wonderful feeling!
Thanks for all your prayers and concern for my FIL! I'm looking forward to fall and things slowing down a bit at work!
Happy end of summer!
